Reflections XLIII - Upsream against the Decadent Current

Democracies often bring into power mediocre feckless leadership. Dictatorships lead to authoritarian domination. Our hope is that the former is better than the latter but it isn’t always the case. Mediocrity can at times be more dangerous especially when brave action is required.

I am told that Marxism works on paper which naturally makes me question not only the quality of the paper but the writing utensil as well.

If you ever thought that humans were brighter than chimpanzees never forget that many people in the contemporary believe that there are more than two genders and that men can have babies.

It must be noted that if  one values nations built on Islamist ideals then why are such societies as a rule prime examples of failed states.

The left most hated Charlie Kirk as he stood in their way of their ongoing project to corrupt the youth.

It is laughable how so many critics of free speech become urgent champions of the first amendment when their particular rights are challenged.

The failure of secular humanism is its inability to understand that without a transcendent moral code human beings as fallen bodies will act from a position of self interest. Goodness is at best a secondary consideration.
