Reflections XL - Gathering Some Thoughts

The most underrated intellectual move a thinker can make is it to admit that they are wrong.

The problem with elections is that they overvalue in the candidates the noxious stench of hubris.

It still never occurs to many on the left that their failed policies (re immigration, national identity) made the ascendancy of Donald Trump. With greater pragmatism and less deference to ideology it surely can be argued that Trump’s two presidential terms may not have to come to be.

It takes a lot of energy to reform a flawed institution as they have the habit of making great swaths of the population indifferent to their failures and comfortable to their existence.

If you believe in one ridiculous idea it is more than likely that will believe in multiple stupidities as well.

The Left hate Trump as they see him as Hitler. Nazis hate Trump as he is not Hitler.

As I write the west is sacrificing itself on the fake notion of subjective reality.

To fight its wars the Far Left reside on an army of ghouls which they call Antifa.

Never date anybody who is crazier than yourself.

What a tangled web we weave when we seek to do away with created order.

Nobody learns less from a series of failed experiments than the committed communist.

You have no meaningful worldview when the core of your ideology is primarily focused on the failure of the other.
