Though, undoubtedly, given the lateness of my response, you shall have abandoned contemplation of this 'musing', still I should like to know Sir, to which 'William Pitt' you refer. Chatham, the father ('the Elder') or the younger, equally celebrated Tory genius who prepared Britain for her overthrow of Bonaparte?
